
Yomar Stiven Moreno Lugo
Yomar Stiven Moreno Lugo is a Venezuelan entrepreneur, activist, and public policy advocate based in Madrid, Spain. He currently serves as General Coordinator of the Libertarian Movement of Venezuela and represents the movement within the Libertarian Alliance of Ibero-America.
A passionate promoter of liberty, Yomar has extensive experience in volunteering and humanitarian work, including projects with Med Global at refugee camps along the Colombia-Venezuela border in 2019. He is also a designer and project manager, notably for the Liberty International World Conference Madrid 2023.
He leads the "Lidera 10" program developed by the Futuro Presente Foundation, focused on public policy development at the Institute of Advanced Management Studies (IESA).
Yomar has collaborated with prominent libertarian organizations worldwide, including Students For Liberty, the Ludwig von Mises Institute, CEDICE Libertad, and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, as well as political and educational institutions such as the Libertarian Party, Popular Party, Juan de Mariana Institute, and Francisco Marroquín University. His work spans the EU, Colombia, the U.S., Chile, and Argentina, promoting economic freedom, individual rights, and public policy innovation.
